Does the turn meter go past 100%?? Is this confirmed by anybody?
Im not sure. Hm...ill test it today.
If it is confirmed, he will need a nerf because my AoE's do 6k with poggle buff and then follow it up with a 6k single target crit and if that doesn't do it, you get even another attack?? That means anybody in the game would be dead.
What are you people talking about??
① Turn meter gauge can not over 100%.
If a character get turn meter more than 100% by buff or something, it/he/she just get only a full gauge of turn meter and end.
Just think about when Phasma's 2nd skill, even if ally already has full gauge, the gauge is just full and is not filled again.
② In my experience, IG-88' turn meter benefit by HK's leader skill is NOT multiplied by critical AOE.
③ The reason compareing and considering HK and Qui-gon is because if Qui-Gon's Lv8 leader skill gives 25 speed to all allies, almost of all opponent's defender team allies take actions(Ben's skill ban, Poe's turn meter cutting, FOTP's double attacking, Rei's multi-attacking etc.) before my attacking team's poe do something. So when my turn coming, it could be possible that my glass cannons are already or almost dead and Poggle can not provide burf. But droid team need both speed and critical rate by HK-47 or something which Qui-Gon leader can not do. So this is difficult to decide which one is better leader for droid team, HK or Qui-Gon.
