easiest fix for tenacity up problem

make a dark side character have an aoe tenacity down. plus have his unique be like vader were if it is removed it reapplies. maybe the unigue will say this (level 7) this character gains 10% cri...

tancicty up doesn't make debuffs irresistible if they have tenacity up. the debuff will go through the normal thing it does to apply the debuff. its not Op at all. plus right now debuff teams are really slacking.

oh and my light side resistance relies heavily on debuffs.
