Emperor Palpatine nerfed?
Why was his basic nerfed? I remembered it would effect Jedi and rebels that were not the target. It wouldn’t kill hem, but still cause damage similar to an AOE. That wasn’t cool.

They didn't exactly nerf the ability so much as move it. Now it applies to his unique that enemies take damage at the start of their turn instead of on palpatines turn.
