Emperor is just still way too squishy, jtr shouldn't be able to 2 shot him, he's the emperor for goodness sake

As lead w/ +35% health and +50% max prot zeta...if u mod him w/ prot triangle, cross and circle, he can exceed 90k prot/health...not squishy at all.
