I got the Sith expansion pack II and realized I did not receive the Emperor at the advertised relic. I did receive Darth Vader and Darth Sidus to R7. Can you please restore the purchase to my account?

I'm afraid it was never there... You can check the bundle again looking at the "gifts" section in the shop, and you will only see:
-Vader
-Sidious
-Maul
-Sith marauder
-Dooku
lol there is no palpatine in that pack. palpatine is journey character, they will never give you journey character as part of pack(other that malak or gas shards potentially), especially lsb. funny you didn't notice what you getting before you bought it
You rec. the toons needed to play the journey, albeit not all of them as you still need Thrawn and JKA at certain relic levels. That being said, between the 2 SEE bundles, you get the majority
