Use Jyn to stun/remove tm from Palp right away, and keep stunning him/removing his tm while stunned while you take out the RGs. Ackbar to cleanse Vader's DoTs and heal, of course. Use Jyn to revive if you lose someone; if you do it after she has advantage from her basic it's guaranteed.
I recommend Ackbar lead for speed and tenacity, as non-Zeta Jyn lead on that comp doesn't buy much.
