Endurance stuck at 2*

Sorry forgot the second Image. And not mine, belongs to a Guildmate. Yes he wrote Support, they closed the Ticket without doing anything.
Translation of the red text "Kein gültiges Großkampfschiff", means Missing Capaital Ship (How if he 2* the second Mission). "Erforderliche Schiffe 5/5" means Needed Ships 5/5.
The Bug I think is, that he never got the 25 Shards for the 2nd Mission and now is stuck.
