Energy refreshes won't reset

My normal energy refreshes are stuck on 200 crystals even though everything else including daily activities have reset. I'm six refreshes away from unlocking Rey but can't afford 200. I did change my reset time twice now for the event, could that be why it's stuck? Is this a glitch or am I missing something?
