Any thoughts on Nest and Cloud Riders introduced as new faction for this Summer ing?

How big of a character Enfys Nest really is and how big of a feat does she perform to have such an OP kit? She just had a small train clash with Beckett's gang and then cut some metal ropes and that was it!
