Error 106 Resolution?

Question

Has anyone found a viable solution to this issue?  I get this code quite a bit and have reported it several times and have not gotten any successful direction as far as how to fix it.  I've seen other posts on it so I know others have had the issue.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, went through all that as well.  Was hoping that someone on the forums had some familiarity with the issue
