+1 you announce servers go down before you actually do it, only game I know that does it after the fact. Even companies announce this...also do it between 1-5am instead of 2:30 pst

The time they do it is not as much the issue, as it will suck for people everywhere since it's a global game. But the lack of any form of anouncement is pathetic. There is no way they didn't know that matt the technitian was going to start messing with stuff on the servers.

Exactly, I know other superior companies do their maintenance during hours where a lot of people are not playing and also have it on scheduled days and time. Yet this game you find out that server maintenance is being done when you're halfway through an arena battle and the client restarts. Resulting in a loss of course.

I got this too. Had to force close and then start again. And my megathread was closed :(

Yes? We spend money on this game, we expect quality. When the bug happens during an arena fight and makes your battle result in a loss, that is a major issue.

you guys think it's programmed maintenance ? what about a bug that demand a little server work ?
not everything in the world is predictable

stop pretending you all know everything and insulting those who work hard to bring you a game
it's possible that something went wrong and they need to fix it before it gets worst

p.s. server work doesn't mean maintenance
