Error: Connection lost

I tried to post this In https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/star-wars-galaxy-of-heroes-bug-report-en.
But it's not working too...

I was trying to do a special battle in imperial retaliation, so i have this error, now I can't do that battle anymore, my team has spent, the battle is closed for me, my guild will not receive the reward.

It's not first time that its happens.
