ERROR SOMEONE IS ALREADY ENGAGED IN AN ARENA BATTLE WITH YOU

This is really fisking annoying. Although my shard doesn't have any whales (there are some light/medium pay players in there) some days it is alright (yesterday I took #1), but then nights like tonigh...

It's even more annoying when you spend crystals to refresh battle timer just to find out someone else battle-locked you.
