Exact same issue here. If like to know if I actually got the name or not.

Also, is there any way to search for specific guilds? I only see recommended.

Doesn't appear to have a search feature. So essentially it looks like if your guild didn't get created due to error, you've forever lost the name into a black hole.

This is legit worse than Episode 2.
