Sorry things have not gone smoothly with the update. We have been working to stabilize things and hopefully it's getting better.
We are now working on upping the guild action limit right now. Stay tuned.
We will also be working with folks impacted in setting up their Guild. That will take more time. If you have run into issues in the past hour or so relating to setting up your Guild, please log a support ticket. On the cantina screen, tap the gear icon, and then tap the Help button.
