Normally this is set to 2 actions per 24 hours to limit people jumping Guilds all over the place. We will re-set it to 2 after things settle down.

So what will happen to EST people that saved cantina refreshes for when the update dropped (like myself) but are now unable to refresh them since we have been locked out of the game for the past hour and having the daily reset done? That's a lot of wasted energy I and many others could of used to farm if we knew we wouldn't be able to into the game as soon as we updated...
