@dKz -- Not sure what the technical approach will be to fixing the issue. The server engineers will need to pow-wow about it first.
@CatoMinor - The Customer Support team can handle the volume, I'm pretty sure. However, they won't be able to do anything until we sort out the right approach to the fix.
We will keep you guys apprised of the situation and progress, but we will need to dig into this tomorrow. It's too technically complicated to try to tackle tonight.
