It appears that EA Support now has taken the case to Tier 2 since the information I have provided has not been resolved. I find this very disappointing that this continually occurs after each update. This is not a way to be customer friendly I have lost over 1000 crystals all the guild credits and now Arena Rewards. Yet no response
what is the proper way to contact "them"? 4 hours ago my game crashed completely and I can't log in anymore.
I used the EA Support Email/Contact number; then actually spoke with technical support and while I haven't spoke with anyone since last evening I have my case number and have been told a specialist is working on it so we will see; as of today still not able to get back in guild, loss of 821 guild store credits, Rewards from Arena still missing; I wonder how much they really care though @EA_Jesse @CG_JohnSalera
