The majority of that was copy/pasted from the first Luke flash event. The only thing that is new is the part I bolded.
That's actually kind of obvious if you think about it. This isn't the first event... it's the second.
I think you're seeing what you want to see. I think that their intent was to say that "completing this
series of events will unlock" CLS.
