Executor Capital Ship - who goes first in mirror matches

All capital ships have RNG set up so that the player goes second 90% of the time. It doesn't matter if it's the ult or the first move.

  Okay, I won't. If only the developers would rework the RNG so that players would go first more often.

    Players go first ~50% of the time. Its just a handful of users who claim otherwise
