Executor Unlock
I'm just wondering if it's possible to unlock the Executor without a 7* Razors Crest, because there's one in my fleet shard

Shouldn't be possible. Final tier to unlock requires 7* ships.
Edit: could possibly be done with packs, but I can't remember if the pack shows once you've completed the event (with 7* ships and unlocked the Bonus Tier) or once you reach the prerequisites for the event (lower ship star requirements). If its the latter unlocking with packs is possible.
