I’m sure that if they actually commented they would point something along the lines of well, you can get shards for the low, low price of 1200 crystals or just buy refreshes or we don’t expect everyone to get all the characters. I’m not happy about it and wish it was different for sure but they are probably thinking of how to get the most money possible.
