Fearsome Foe ll and lll
They changed the description of Fearsome Foe ll and lll, it no longer has +50% Tentacity, and moved it to a new buff for the Rancor called Pit Fighter. They did this so the Tank Takedown Bosses doesn't have bonus Tenacity.

This probably won't work, but if Teebo deals damage on the tenth attack, and has Grevious gain Turn meter then Teebo removes it, that could happen, but it hasn't been tested.
