Feedback on crystal purchase

So I don't spend money often on little games like this. But I really like nihilus. And I am excited to raise him up! I decided to buy 9.99$ usd worth of crystals. Buy a nihilus pack and get five shards..... Last time I SAVED shards in an attempt to get Darth vaders tie fighter. Got four Vader shards and unlocked tie reaper. With the former broken tournaments I did not unlock shore trooper. Needless to say I will never spend money on this game again. Extraordinarily unfair, I guess F2P is the way to go unless someone wants to sink thousands of dollars in this game for one character.
