While the profun counter works in fleet arena, it's problematic in GAC and TW because you need to include the MK6 in the profun team to keep up tenacity up, and then you lose it for your Levi

This. And even if you use Levi with Reaper, it's still a matter of RNG. You could get lucky and go first the following two turns after Reaper, but if your opponent gets to the Ult, it might as well be game over for you. It's not a matter of learning new counters and strategies, it's how consistent they are (and, as you yourself mentioned, how much we have to borrow from other fleets).
