Fix the mods on GW characters!

How is it fair to face Rey on 9th node of GW when she has a 1* mod that gives her a 22.5% crit. chance boost, a 2* health mod that gives her plus 30 speed, and other mods that give her 20% health boost total, plus more speed and critical chance. And that is before Max set bonuses for health, critical chance and defense. If you are going to nerf mods, you have to do it throughout the game. This is ridiculous. Please fix it.
