Fixed lol
So they fixed the getting shards after you max the toons in proving grounds....But i dont think they thought what if someone has 81 shards and 6 stars and needs 19 to finish.

- Turns out if you're at 40/xx (i.e. 40/100) you're locked out. 39 or fewer shards at each level and you're fine. Top notch coding over at CG yet again.
