Perhaps there are too many connections
There is no timer between different people hitting you. If one person attacks you, runs out the clock, and then another attacks, you will find yourself continually under attack. It’s the same in regular arena. It’s not specific to the last 20 minutes, that just happens to be when people are ganging up on you.
