Fleet Arena tokens gone?

Something has happened to all of my fleet arena credits. I haven’t needed anything from the fleet arena store in years and I’ll occasionally buy a zeta out of there. But I just went to buy a zeta and now I don’t even have enough credits to buy a single zeta. Anyone else have this issue?
