Yep, fough one, and the AI's was gaining TM properly, while in the same fight, mine didn't.
Yeah, noticed that also. Makes challenges against Tarkin fleets harder.

I agree with everything but this, Ava - Tarkin works with any ships that apply debuffs (most common and most useful one being target locks), and unless he wants the speed bonus to outrun an opposing Tarkin doesn't necessarily want TFP in his opening lineup (why take single target damage when you can have powerful AOE damage?).
