Yes, you can. I know for certain. It is a standard legendary event like yoda, palpatine, r2d2 and others. Tiers have the star requirements and award the corresponding amount of shards (85 for Tier6, 100 for Tier7).

Using your words "if you can't read english let me clarify... ". This means that WHALES unlock the chimaera in the first run. I did not say that YOU will unlock Chimaera.
So please, stop blaming me for the kitten you are petting. Thank you.
