P.S. @Dart_EdMar i did not say i will get 7* chimara this time... but i will unlock 5* chimara, possibly 6*... then i stated that with the other capitol ships i should be on track to 7* them all about the same time.... if you can't read english let me clarify... "At least have the nessecary ships to do the events at the same time" that does not mean i will clear them.

I can read English. It is not necessary to speak to me this way. You said that whales would not be able to 7* Chimaera in the first run. I answered to you that they would (did not say anything to you personally) and gave you the reference.

My opinion is that devs should give at least a VERY SMALL chance to get 7* Chimaera in the first run for F2P. VERY SMALL chance. But they give 0 chances.

This is very good idea that F2P cant have 7 star Chimaera. In fact I think it should be like this that no F2P should unlock this ship. Difference in stars doesnt exist for now. Whales dont have any advantage in this game.
