Yep, that's very misleading that we got a dev post here in the official forums saying that the fleet mastery events would be only once a month....and, then, after people have started purchasing packs, there's a dev over on reddit telling people the fleet mastery events will come back 3 times in the first 9 days and THEN go on a once a month rotation.
