Fleets need changing urgently
The whole coin toss on who goes first in fleets is wrong and needs addressing by CG. Where's the incentive to invest heavily in pilots when it's a coin toss on which executor starts?!? If both Pietts are R9 with 6 dot mods then the higher GP should go first ever time as this player has invested more in better pilots.
Until this has been changed all my pilots are staying at the minimum requirements.
