Foresight?

Question

I put foresight on w/ yoda. Magmatrooper attacks with his basic(not thermal imploder!)and EVERYONE dodges? Why!? Isnt magmatroopers a chance to damage someone else? Not a chance to damage everyone?

This game...man, im not so sure sometimes.
