As someone who uses Rey daily in arena in GW, can confirm if you use an assist against her while she has foresight, she will definitely dodge both shots. If it's dooku, his bonus attacks can hit her, but the first will miss

The assist will alo be dodged 100% of the time.

Not all tanks tank damage through pure mitigation. That sort of linear tank model has gone away within the past 5 years or so in MMOs; and there's no reason that idea can't be imitated here. Tanks now also no tank through damage avoidance as well. They're typically lower health with stats and abilities that reflect their specialized way of tanking.
