Ga match matching unfair

You want to talk about unfair. I got matched against someone with DR, JTR and Traya. And I have none of those.

FO have no place on TW defence these days. Too many cheap counters and they are excellent at taking out BH.

My ewoks aren't getting any gear ever again, I'd rather work on a real faction lol. Btw if you want a squad that does great on defense and offense, R1, thank me later. I wish mine had more gear, the power of expose with Cassian and K2 can take out some Giants very very easily

That is usually the deciding factor.

Ewoks are trash man, they get annihilated by Enfys nest. Any squad that gets 1v5 by nest is a bad squad.

I’m sure my GA opponent agrees that ewoks are trash.

Or just have depleted roster from other fights. Ewoks are hard to whittle down with weaker teams due to the constant healing and revives.

I think he might’ve run out of squads. But he only managed to take out 3 of my defensive squads and didn’t set a full defense, so he shouldn’t have run out.

Except those meta characters already give those players an advantage in every other aspect of the game (arena, TW, the new TB, etc.).

CG has also stated that the goal of GAC matchmaking is "close matches" with rosters that "look like each other". If one has g12+, 7* Malak, DR and JKR and the other has g12, 7* Ewoks, zJyn and Phoenix, that's not going to be close.

The matchmaking is never going to be perfect let’s be honest. My first opponent had 600k character GP on me and I stalled them on my front zones.

This round we are both meta team focused but the match up is a division up from me and quite rough - will likely lose this one as they have 2 more meta teams (Padme & Scoundrals @ G12) than I have.

The system is never going to be perfect unless characters and team synergies are weighed with regards to the overall meta teams

So that in the last week of GAC someone with 30 G12 toons and RJT as their best team goes up against top rosters in Kyber league (since there won't be many similar rosters left to match with) while others with 100+ G12s and all meta teams still might be floating around in Bronzium?
