GAC bug?

I don't know if this is a bug or the game just froze again but after DT attacked and rebels countered, the game 'froze' i couldn't attack nor i was attacked:

Turn Order Tracker - Can we get a Setting that keeps it on by default?
To use the Turn Order Tracker, it has to be manually switched on every single match. Please give us a setting that lets a player keep it on by default.
