Also you should delete the ally code from your post as I believe it's in breach of forum TOS.
And lastly, I did go and look up the guy and I agree, he is a blatant cheater, snippet below of last GAC round where he beat a bunch of teams without hitting their protection, usually a certain sign of cheating (barring DC's and some specific interactions, none of which are a thing here)
I didn't even know cheating was possible. This is worrying considering the amount of money I've invested in this game
