The thing is it probably wont even turn out that bad. Just bad in different ways.
The old system had no room for individual playstyle combined with high winrates, the new one completely ignores the fact GP is kinda connected to the "skill level" we are ranking by. In the extreme, you cant tell me the 7 legends guy is going to lose against the newbie that just got his first relic (I am going to completely ignore the "they are not going to play" aspect here, because that has no connection to "skill" either)
