GAC notification
Could you please make an unavoidable, very clear and obvious notification that GAC sign-ups are active.

I second. This is the third time I miss the start. I again learnt of it when I got a notification in my inbox about requirements! Make the notification appear when the joining becomes available, so that we get a 24h heads-up!
