GAC rank reset

I was checking out my rank in GAC, and those of my guild, and when I clicked out of it, I had 6 messages. Each one said I didn't receive any rewards (which I definitely had, Kyber II rewards are NICE). I went back to the GAC leader boards to find my rank is now in bronzium.

Has anyone else experienced this?
Anyone know how I can get this resolved?
