Galactic Challenge Tatooine: Gain Momentum 150 Times Bugged.
Good morning. I have a video of me getting this feat. I have ran it 5 times now and it won’t give me credit for the momentum. It appeared to be bugged. https://youtu.be/gwgkyrDEUFs

I think the count is correct (or possibly 200) and the leader doesn't count. Why? Because I got it with JKL lead, JML, Chief, Warrior, and Urr.
I never had anywhere near 150 or 200 stacks on a single Tusken or all 3 combined. But I tracked my ability usage, and I counted 156 for the fight where I earned the feat.
However, I did not know about the event modifier source for Momentum. So maybe I did get 200 total and that is also an issue.
