This Challenge Modifier is overall very buggy. You just have to get lucky and keep using basic with Chieftan and Warrior's Secondary special to eventually get it.
The special Ambushed Mark also only works with Taunt, not Marked, Deathmark or Resilient Defense, so it's honestly pretty useless since those effects happen more regularly than taunt
