Don't think they will add a non canon character.

They have no limits and can do what they want. Just depends on what they want to do.

Disney took a big step away from the force unleashed, especially after the reception of the second game. They have allowed the continuance of the old Republic mmo, which could explain the existence of HK-47. I do not expect them to add starkiller.
