Game Freezes / Infinite loading screen glitch

It crashes about 3 times per week for me. (it just crashed during my JMK mirror in GAC so that's a win for CG?) I tend to get matched against players with 1-2 more GLs than me so it always results in a loss and, ultimately, costs me 600+ crystals when it happens.
