Game Freezes / Infinite loading screen glitch

This has been happening to me and a few to many guild mates and friends to be my “internet connection” now. It happened 5 times yesterday in TW and now once today in GAC. I prepare to go into a battle...

Seems primarily, but not exclusively, Android devices. I have had exactly one crash on my iPhone 12. Have a coworker that quit because the game was crashing so often. And then I see others with various Androids that only get 1 or 2 crashes a week.
