Game freezes in loading screen

This needs to be top priority. Seriously, I hate using the phrase, but it's edging the game close to being unplayable. I just loaded in my JMK full galactic republic with all my best toons in TB and bam, frozen on load. Fix this issue, it can't wait any longer.
