Gear 12 full pieces speculation. Level increase, gear 13 bosses? Etc

Grevous isn't sith or old republic so a rework for him as part of the new raid launch is not logical. But I dare say a level cap boost is due. It's been over a year since the last one. And with gear xii parts in shipments now, I would venture that bodes well for two things. 1. The sith raid will award fully crafted gear xii parts for top placements at the highest tier. 2. More gear xii pieces being added to the game maybe even a potential for gear xii.
