Gear 12 full pieces speculation. Level increase, gear 13 bosses? Etc

So, with all this exciting new content on the horizon. Will we get a way to win full gear 12 pieces as opposed to salvage only? It’s always wrong to assume, but I can’t help think the raid bosses in n...

I think 6/7 dot mods are fine, just don't further increase the primary stat. Instead, add a second primary stat that increases at 1/3 and 1/2 the normal rate and cannot be the same, nor can it be speed.
